It is October, close to Halloween now! And I want to say that a lot has been moving forward, but it hasn’t. A lot of my time has been taken from work. Lots of schedule changing. Co-workers sick. Personal things. Not to mention, the personal things that I have had to deal with. Recently my oldest dog went to sleep beneath a metal stepper, and his legs went sideways. I was very worried and thought with some therapy he will get better, but he wasn’t responding. He looked exhausted, and I felt we had to put him down. Luckily after going to the vet, some medicine here, and there and more therapy, he is walking again. Still old, but I think we do not need to go through an emotional rollercoaster soon.
The other thing is that, if you don’t want to go exactly crazy, you’ll have to balance more or less up to three things. I have now, work, family and the book. Fitness is out of the window, the same with social life and trying to keep with all the new TV series and movies out there. I keep tabs but avoid the binge-watching.
For book sales, it is going ok. I need to get going with the book presentation. Work on marketing and other things. The problem is, at the moment we are getting closer to high-season, and I work in a retail store for a telecommunications company. This means that a lot of my time will be consumed in the store, and maybe my mind for writing will be tired. Moreover, I have been writing little by little not to lose the rhythm, and I’m outlining more so that I can get to quick writing sessions and not waste time.
I have planed my social media posts on Facebook till January if I’m not mistaken, so it is always content to see. I also post from time to time on Instagram and Twitter. So feel free to contact me through your favorite platform. It might take a moment, but I reply.
